Refund Policy
At Reluvo, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened food products or treats
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
- Hygiene products that have been opened or used
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at your-email@reluvo.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Important: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at your-email@reluvo.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to post)
- Contact your bank
- If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at your-email@reluvo.com
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at your-email@reluvo.com.
