Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.
Delivery Times
Since we work with trusted suppliers across Europe, delivery times may vary by product and destination:
- Germany: 5-12 business days
- Austria: 6-14 business days
- Switzerland: 7-15 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes. During peak seasons or holidays, deliveries may take slightly longer.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey to your door. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after shipment.
Dropshipping Notice
To ensure the freshest products and fastest delivery, items are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. This means different items in your order may arrive separately. Each item will have its own tracking number.
