Reluvo is an online pet supply store operated from Kosovo, serving customers in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Our website is reluvo-3.myshopify.com.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped.

We ship to Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Delivery times vary by location and product, typically ranging from 5-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
Switzerland Customers: Orders shipped to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
6. Dropshipping
Products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. Different items in your order may arrive separately from different locations. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
